Ceramic fiber packing

Packing is made of high quality ceramic fiber and glass fiber or stainless steel wire. Ceramic fiber rope is widely used in dynamic seal and static seal of various high temperature equipment. Thermal insulation, heat insulation and sealing of heat conduction system; Heat insulation and sealing under high temperature and strong chemical erosion environment.

Product features:
1) High temperature resistance, continuous use temperature up to 1000℃, short time use temperature up to 1260℃.
2) With good acid and alkali corrosion resistance and resistance to aluminum zinc and other fan molten metal erosion ability.
3) Good high temperature strength and thermal insulation performance (please refer to physical and chemical indicators).
4) Alkali free glass fiber as strengthening material series of products, with higher electrical insulation than glass fiber and high temperature electrical insulation.

Typical application of ceramic fiber rope:
For heat preservation, heat insulation material, is an ideal substitute for asbestos rope. Commonly used for all kinds of furnace, burner, heat exchanger, flue door seal.

Note: ceramic fiber textiles contain about 15% organic fiber, when the first use of heating, with the rise of temperature, the organic fiber in the product will gradually carbonized black, and smoke phenomenon, local fire may occur, this is a normal phenomenon, does not affect the use. As the temperature continues to rise, the products will gradually become white, organic fiber has been completely carbonized, the products are completely ceramic fiber and other high temperature resistant inorganic materials.
